Removing the ability to QSS Morde ult in 14.8 seems kind of crazy. I wonder if this will be enough to bring him to MSI? Could be fun seeing some funky Morde stuff like ADC Morde with Ghost. Will probably be more viable Top/Mid/Jgl. If you wanna test out Morde I've got a quick-tip build wise for you! Standard build is Crystal Sceptor 1st item. But if you play against a lot of champions who run into you, it can be more beneficial to skip Crystal Sceptor and go directly for Riftmaker or Liandries as you wont need the slow!
