I'm also the coach for Ball State University in CRL, a Top 3 college team in North America. Back in the day, I was hard-stuck in Champ 1-2. It took me a year to promote to Champ 3. That (very) unpleasant time gave me firsthand experience on how to continue climbing the ranks, even when you "plateau" and don't think it's possible. The students I've coached range from Bronze to Top 100 Supersonic Legend.
