What do I need for a session?

What happens if our session time goes over?
I'm gonna eat you alive! Naah, It's all good, I'm flexible for 5-10 minutes.
What if my english isn't that good?
I am not a native English speaker, I will use simple language that I am sure you will be able to understand. But if we are both Italian we can make the recipe for pizza, pasta and spaghetti.
