Had a consultation with Aneil this morning and am super excited about my competitive future with him! He is fun, friendly, and down to earth. Very knowledgable about not only the game itself but how to coach and bring the best out of players!

About me
Hey! I'm Aneil and I've been playing the Pokemon TCG for over 15 years now. I've now had the opportunity to coach 20+ students with a very high return & satisfaction rate. I focus mainly on getting players to enjoy the game, through learning, winning & remembering why we play this game in the first ...

What is your availability?
I try my best to keep my availability as open as possible. There is also a good possibility I'm available outside my posted hours, feel free to ask!
I would like to sign up my child for coaching, are you the right coach for them?
Well, the answer isn't always that simple. However, I've coached kids before and actually really enjoy it. My philosophies and coaching style tend to really appeal to children and they have a lot of fun in my sessions! Through establishing where they're at, i'm able to teach them all the little things that can make them successful, whether thats mentally or through gameplay.
I'm not quite sure what kind of coaching I'm looking for, what would you suggest?
This is a really common thing I've come across, that's why I created the generic 1-on-1 coaching session! If you have no idea, this is a great place to start. I'll open the lesson by talking to you to understand where I think you should start, and I'll take it from there!
I'm a relatively new player looking to get better, how can you help me?
By setting up a recurring lesson plan, we can go from zero to hero very fast! The key most of the time is sticking with it. At the end of the day, it's all about what works best for you. If you have 10 hours a week to put towards getting better, you'll get better that much faster. If you only have 1 hour a week, that's alright too! I'm here to help make that transition easier and find what works for you.
What does a session typically look like?
A session with me depends on what lesson type you choose but there's always 1 underlying thing. My goal as a coach is to help you enjoy the game, that's not only how people get better but it also makes you want to actively up your goals. Sessions with me are always light and fun. You'll find that in no time I'll become both your coach and your friend, at the end of the day this game is serious but you didn't sign up to be miserable. My goal in every lesson is to make you better than when we started as well as make sure you're happy and enjoying yourself! TLDR - I always keep things light and fun around here, while also making sure you're competing at the highest level possible.
