BOOTCAMP! - Intensive Tournament Prep
Hello, there! If you're looking to make it out of pools at a major tournament or get a good placing in your local tournament, this is the Training Plan you need. I recommend this training plan is booked 1 week prior to the event you will be attending. It's also highly recommended that you have your bracket beforehand if this is for a bigger tournament and a list of players that normally show up to your locals if this is for a smaller tournament. In these sessions, we will play a few games to assess your skill and I will pinpoint the strengths that you already have to defeat the opponents in your bracket as well as some adjustments that you may need to achieve a good placement. I will also send you a written document with the analysis of your opponents' playstyle, characters they may use, and video references.
Sessions Overview
Lesson 1 - Assesment + Tournament Overview
1 hourIn this first session, we will play a few games to assess your current skill as well as look into your bracket and some of your opponents' matches. I will send a detailed document with observations about every one of your opponents and tips to defeat them, if the bracket is provided, or a list of up to 20 players.
Lesson 3 - It's almost time!
1 hourIn this last part of your training plan, we will focus on short sets (ft2, ft3) against players who use the characters you will be fighting in the tournament and I will provide coaching between matches. We will also focus on the mentality needed to achieve better results.
Lesson 2 - Getting ready
1 hourThis part of your training is customizable. We can either review more footage and analyze your opponents based on the findings from the document that was previously sent and I can also make sure you get fights against players who play with the characters you will most likely be fighting in the tournament.
