GP Luffy OP11 Decklist and Soft Guide

This is a soft beginner's guide to GP Luffy in the upcoming OP11 metagame. This will cover every card and my reasoning behind them. These are based off my experience playing these matchups and are based on personal opinion. If you enjoy this guide I will do more. This is my first one so it will be free. Will charge no more than 5 dollars on any future guides if people like it. This is just for fun. Will also cover matchups in future lists of this people are interested.
