Most recommended session layout?
I would recommend a Live session into a Vod review of the live session, I believe this is the best combination of sessions to improve gameplay.
Can you coach me for competitive unite?

Chill with bruv is a good relaxing session if that interests you, Otherwise Beginner session is also good for if you're not sure which to choose
