Do I have to take notes during the session?
The session will be recorded and provided to you at your request. So you don't NEED to take notes, but I do strongly recommend it as it increases information retention and helps you organize your thoughts.
What can I expect to get out of the session?
When you order a session from me you can expect: 1. Detailed plan of how you will get to the goal you have, the milestones along the way. 2. Detailed list of the things you need to improve to get to that next level. 3. Psychological approach to planning how to spend your time most effectively and how to improve on specific things. 4. New perspective on the game, using critical thinking and logical processes I will show you how you can tell what to do in any given situation and how to essentially coach yourself! 5. The level of accountability that you request in order for you to be sure that you will accomplish your goals
How would a session with you look like?
Before our session, I have two steps to make sure we can get the most out of the time we spend together and give you the best chances at success: 1. Fill out the questions in the booking form. 2. Prepare a recent replay of you that you want me to review. After these steps are completed we can move onto our session, which usually follows this structure: 1. Discuss your goals with Rocket League and your current training routine. 2. Review the replay together, we will - Practice critical thinking to better understand the strategy. - Use logic and probable outcomes to discern what you can do better in different situations. - Discuss what your strengths and weaknesses are to get a better idea of what you should focus your efforts on improving. 3. After that, we will summarize and gather our thoughts about - What went well and what can be improved on. - Applying the 4 buckets of performance. - Developing a training routine based on what what we discussed which will include how you will be spending your training hours, what game mode to focus on, how to improve on your weaknesses and what milestones you will have.
Do you coach all ranks and regions?
Yes. I coach anyone who is hungry to improve and is willing to learn new things in order to do so, no matter rank or region. However, to book an ELITE session you need to be CHAMPION rank or above.
