Mental Transcendence
1 hourThis session is all about improving your in-game performance, and making sure you're firing on all cylinders in your ladder matches. We'll cover topics like taking efficient breaks, overcoming tilt, and even meditation. In fact, I'll be guiding you through a meditation practice in this session! This last session is really about building a positive competitive mindset, which is essential for reaching Masters!
The Ladder VOD Review
1 hourThis is where we get serious. This session is a straight hour of detailed VOD review of ladder games you've played after the first two sessions, preferably tough losses, where we go over your decision-making process and where it can be improved. While this is the toughest part of improvement, it's also where you'll get the most reward for your effort.
