Introduction + Understanding Your Weaknesses

We will begin by talking about anything that you'd like to as well as go over potential solutions to any problems you may bring up.
Reflecting On Mistakes
1 hour
We will review any changes in your mental and adjust accordingly. We will also talk about new ideas to improve/solve the problems/issues you are dealing with.
Cognitive Restructuring
1 hour
We will focus on implementing better ways of improving our way of thought and learn how to identify problematic thinking patterns/loops.
Goal Setting + Looking Towards the Future!
1 hour
We will learn how to set small goals and take small steps towards improvement instead of setting unrealistic goals that we fail to reach and end up feeling bad.
