What lessons do you recommend?
Personally, if you are unsure whether you think the coaching will be useful, we can try one singular 1-hour lesson to start off. If you believe that what I can teach will genuinely help you, pick the 3-hour live session bundle and we will make sure you improve by at least one tier within two weeks of the last lesson.

What Roles and Champions can you coach?
Any classic bot lane ADC/Support such as Kai'sa Samira Nilah Aphelios, Soraka, Nautilus, etc. Any off-meta bot lane picks such as Cho'Gath, Veigar, Seraphine, etc.

How to prepare for the lesson?
Prepare one replay that you feel you did well in, and prepare one replay that you felt you didn't do well. Prepare to take the session seriously and have the capacity to not be distracted by other things.
