We will cover ground mechanics which include everything you need to be comfortable controlling the ball on the ground. This is recommended for Gold-Champion players.

Sessions Overview

Ground Control & Dribbling

30 minutes

We'll cover ground control and dribble setups. If time permits, we will finish off with a casual game together as well. After the lesson, I will provide you with a summary of the lesson including training packs related to the mechanics discussed.

Catching & Flicking

30 minutes

We'll cover catching from different angles as well as front flicks, diagonal flicks, and backflip flicks. If time permits, we'll explore other flicks as well.
