Details: I will create a custom training plan for you which includes daily specific time blocks & Training Log for you to keep track of progress. We'll start with a short lesson to identify some weak areas, then we'll walk through the process of the routine, how it works, and customize it towards your goals. BONUS I have access to your spreadsheet. For the first week, I'll check in on you & I'LL YELL AT YOU IF YOU'RE SLACKING FOR ACCOUNTABILITY :)
