Effective Teamwork
In this Training Plan, I will work with a team of 3 players to greatly improve awareness, chemistry, and coordination in order to prepare the team for competitive play. Whether you are looking at climbing ranked as a unit or want to break into the competitive scene, I can help your team achieve their goals! These sessions will be primarily focused around improving the team, rather than the individuals. Each player will still get individual attention as needed. I will work with the players to create a playstyle that fits naturally into the strengths and weaknesses of the team.
Sessions Overview
Team Session
1 hourI will come with ideas and a breakdown of the previous replays provided during the introductory session. I will cover where I believe the biggest weaknesses are and how to address them. I will also discuss the strengths of the team and how we can play to those. We will cover advanced teamwork while ensuring the team feels coordinated and confident in their newfound knowledge.
Team Session 2
1 hourIn this final session, we will examine the progress of adapting the ideas that we previously discussed into the team's game play. We will make adjustments as needed to fine tune the playstyle and ensure sustainable success in the team.
Introductary Session
1 hourThe primary goal of this session is to learn more about the team. I want to know what the goals of the team are, what the biggest struggles are, and what the strengths are. Please bring 2 replays of the team playing together from recent. From there, I will watch the replays on my own and bring ideas to the team in the following session.
