This is a 12 week course that myself/you AND a DUO will be battling together the entire way! All 1:2 coaching. (There is no rank requirement to start this pack/ all are accepted) During these 12 weeks I will be: - Running lessons for you/with you both - Tracking your progress when we meet - Preparing you a Training Plan routine - Providing you with 24/7 Support and Guidance! - (Yes even outside of out sessions) - Doing everything I can to further your rocket league goals and rank stats. Sessions Overview
Week 1: Mentality + Screenshare Duos
1 hourMentality talk and what makes a good vs bad mental state. Along with watching over some duos games and giving tips as certain things happen in the game.
Week 2: Warm ups + Kickoffs vs one another
1 hourThis session will cover best ways to warm up, best packs to use and why we use them. Also covers how to speedflip + different kickoffs.
Week 3: Bi weekly - Check in
1 hourThis is a quick check in to see how you are feeling-doing and cover a few of the things you are still struggling with.
Week 4: Replay Reviews
1 hourThis will discuss and go over the replays that we previously played the week before and understanding what we did well, didn't do well and how to adjust and fix to get back into the highest level.
Week 5: Mechanical In Depth
1 hourHere we will cover flip resets, high level advanced 45/90 flicks. How and when to be challenging the ball. Why it is so important to at the correct time.
Week 6: Bi weekly - Check in
1 hourThis is a quick check in to see how you are feeling-doing and cover a few of the things you are still struggling with.
Week 7: Replay Reviews
1 hourThis will discuss and go over the replays that we previously played the week before and understanding what we did well, didn't do well and how to adjust and fix to get back into the highest level.
Week 8: Playing ranked 3s all together
1 hourAre you up to the test? This week we will cover how your feeling and hop into some games with each other and incorporate the last weeks that we have learned into our gameplay.
Week 9: Bi weekly - Check in
1 hourThis is a quick check in to see how you are feeling-doing and cover a few of the things you are still struggling with.
Week 10: Replay analysis together
1 hourThis will discuss and go over the replays that we previously played the week before and understanding what we did well, didn't do well and how to adjust and fix to get back into the highest level.
Week 11: Focusing on what we are missing
1 hourWeek 11 will be a check in related to how we are feeling and doing along with seeing the mistakes we are still making and how to fix them.
Week 12: Hour of choice
