2 Week Training Plan - Master your Mechanics
This training plan will boost your mechanics exponentially. We will take 7 days and we will go over the in and outs of mechanically growth and how to improve at the fastest rate. We will use and build an Elite Personalized Training Schedule for yourself to use during and after the sessions. Most Students see a ton of progress by the end of the plan.

Replay Analysis & Review
1 hourThis will give me a more in depth understanding what you need work on and what your strengths are. This will provide the basis of the plan so I'll have more of an understanding of how to build and personalize your training schedule afterwards.
30m Mechanical Lesson (Ground Play)
1 hourIn this session, I will be teaching you mechanics you struggle with & new weapons to add to your game on the ground.
30m Recoveries / Car control
1 hourAdvanced Mechanics to work on in the long run / Routine
1 hourWe'll go over advanced mechanics to work on that you can improve over time on your own. We'll also establish some short/long-term goals to keep you occupied after our sessions!
30m Aerial Mechanics / Air dribbles
1 hourPersonalized Training Pack and Shooting
1 hourI'll be making a personalized training pack for you that you can add to your warmup routine/give you something to practice on. Towards the end, we'll go over a lesson about shooting / possibly go through a training pack if necessary.
Intro & Skills Assesment
1 hourThis is where we will go over basic fundamentals about mechanics. We will also get an idea where you are at mechanically, what you want to improve on, and what goals you want to set for yourself.
