Now as for my coaching side: -9+ years coaching professional and non-professional players -Collaborated with competitive teams -Knowledge in all roles (although I main Top :) ) My coaching approach is simple but yet challenging. You hired a coach because you are looking for some external insight. I will provide the feedback of your gameplay and how to fix those mistakes to improve quickly. However, its a must to have develop your mental to play consciously every game so you can target the habits that keeps you away from winning. First session is usually a broadcasted ranked game from your part(to analyze your attitude in game as well as how often you see the map). After that, we will be focusing progressively more into knowledge: VOD Replays, Pro Replays, tasks, concepts, etc. I believe there is no better advice on how to climb than the one from the players that reached the top. Without that, it's hard to backup your knowledge.
