This training plan goes over everything involving aerial mechanics. Aerials are something that everyone wants to do, but tend to miss the little details that make the difference weather you hit the ball or not. Recommended for Platinum or above players.

Sessions Overview

Air Control/Aerials

1 hour

This lesson will cover how to learn/improve overall air control of your car. It will also cover how to efficient perform aerials, and common mistakes when going for aerials and how to avoid them.

Air Dribbling/Double Touches

1 hour

This lesson will cover air dribbling from the wall and from the ground. It also covers double touches and how to become consistent at hitting them.

Ceiling Shots/Flip Resets

1 hour

This lesson will cover how to do ceiling shots and different ways to set them up. It will also cover how to do flip resets. Flip resets build off of ceiling shots.
