Hi, my name is Jesandy, one of America's competitve King players that has been competing in Tekken 7 since 2017. Tekken 7 is my first fighting game, and although it has been a struggle to get where I am now, the results of hard work and effort have paid off. I have competed at EVO since 2019 and Combo Breaker since 2022 and am most famous for upsetting France's best Akuma player. Throughout my competitive journey in larger scaled tournaments, I have been improving in leaps and bounds, from top 50 placements, to top 24, to near top 8 showing that I have yet to hit a plateau with regards to placements. In online tournaments, I have consistently been placing in top 8 and have shown immense skill against people who might have been favored to win. My goal is to be able to have you understand the concepts that teach you to learn to improve on your own without the need of a helping hand, though at times, a unique perspective is what could be the defining difference, both of which I offer throughout my teaching. The results of these people are best reflected when I had to play them again, and was met with much more resistence in trying to win, and felt as though I was playing a different person altogether. When choosing me as a coach, I will be able to acknowledge any glaring issues within your gameplay or improve upon what has been working and make it your strength as a player. The student has full freedom to choose what they wish to work on in their gameplay, such as whiff punishment, punishment training, or an in-depth breakdown of how to refine your gameplay, and may also choose to send in clips of their gameplay from either a tournament or an online session to ask for criticism, all of which are welcomed! If you are a King specialist, I can show you the common things that King players do, and how you can adjust your playstyle to become more unique and refined. I will be able to deter you from any bad habits that can cost you a match and provide new strategies that are much safer, is easily applicable, and variability in its usage that can help guarantee a win!
