Comprehensive Team Plan / Sit in on Scrims
*Information pertaining to teams will be completely confidential, requires scheduled 2 hour scrim block in advance* We will meet 30 minutes before a 2 hour scrim block and stay for 30 minutes after. I will go over team goals, get some info about the team and create a google sheet for the team to compile useful information pertaining to draft and maps etc. I will show the way I do draft prep and implement a similar system for the team. I will watch each game and take 5-10 minutes to discuss my notes from the game with the team. I will give suggestions for each individuals role on the team and note them in the doc. At the end of the scrim block we will discuss the block, go over goals etc and lay out a plan for the future.

1 hourWe will create a google sheet to organize draft strategies/hero pools etc in the same way I do, go over team goals etc

1 hourAfter the scrim block is complete I will share all my notes from the team, what each individual did well, can improve on and a plan for the future.
