*All progress/goals/notes etc will be saved in google sheets in order to have productive follow up if desired, below is example of an individual/first session* 1. Basic information: Goals, skill level, strengths, weaknesses etc 2. Pre-game Checklist/discussion 3. VOD review of your choosing, we will discuss map specifics, Hero specifics, lanes, rotations, teamfights, win conditions, roles, draft etc and how all these things are related in the current game. I will pause frequently and ask questions, point things out, explain and walk through thought processes on different subjects until you are comfortable with them.

*It is highly preferred that you record the game alongside team comms* We will go over a replay with the team and work on pre-game checklist, establishing player roles, macro, teamfight strategies and what each players role is in closing out the game.

*This is for the drafter on a consistent team, not for Storm League* We will create a google sheet and I will show you how I go about draft on my teams as well as general draft strategy concepts so you can play to your teams strengths.

*Information pertaining to teams will be completely confidential, requires scheduled 2 hour scrim block in advance* We will meet 30 minutes before a 2 hour scrim block and stay for 30 minutes after. I will go over team goals, get some info about the team and create a google sheet for the team to compile useful information pertaining to draft and maps etc. I will show the way I do draft prep and implement a similar system for the team. I will watch each game and take 5-10 minutes to discuss my notes from the game with the team. I will give suggestions for each individuals role on the team and note them in the doc. At the end of the scrim block we will discuss the block, go over goals etc and lay out a plan for the future.
