This training plan will equip you with the tools to take control and score at the highest level of Rocket League. Furthering your ball control and increasing your arsenal of scoring methods. Sessions Overview

Soft Touches/Control

30 minutes

In this lesson I will give you the tips and tricks to take the ball from most situations and get it under control to start a dribble.

Replay Analysis

30 minutes

To finish up we will do a replay analysis solely focusing on where to better implement dribbling into your gameplay and how it can be improved, whilst also highlighting your great improvements.

Advanced Flicks

30 minutes

We will cover more advanced flicks such as breezi, wavedash, 45/180 degree and musty + any others you want to cover!
