Most of my sessions are VOD reviews (where in discord, I'll screenshare a replay code you give me of your game, and we go through it together for the hour). However I also do a mixture of live coaching and VOD review, where you screenshare to me you playing the game live, and I coach you during it. After that game, we then spend the remaining time doing a VOD review of that game you just played. Either format works depending on what you want!
