This training plan will dive deep into the heart of CS. We'll go over everything that is CS and aiming.
Sessions Overview
Week 2: Mechanics Training
1 hourWe will work on mechanical issues you have as well as areas of interest. We'll also develop a training plan to further develop your skills throughout the week.
Week 1: Introduction and Evaluation
1 hourI will see where you are at and do some baseline practice with you. We'll also talk about what areas you want to improve at so we can put some focus on those for the following weeks.
Week 4: Final Evaluation & Play w/ the Coach
1 hourWe discuss everything we have gone over during the training plan as well as go back to the baseline we created Week 1 and see how you improved. We'll also play a game or two of either FaceIT or MM and after that I will leave you with a detailed outline and how to continue your training.
Week 3: Mechanics Training & Gameplay Review
1 hourWe will work on mechanical issues you have as well as areas of interest. We'll also watch a demo to see how you're applying the skills as well as spot any other mistakes you may be making.
