This training program is not live. It is very useful if you don't have much time on your hands and want to be able to receive my coaching any time you want. Here's the way it works 1. Submit your demo - You can send me your Faceit/ESEA demo via discord or any other suitable platform. 2. Analysis and Observation - I will carefully analyze your demo, paying close attention to various aspects of your gameplay 3. Commentary Recording - After I am done watching your demo I will record myself discussing key moments in your demo and I will highlight both positive and negative areas that need improvement. Once this is done I will send you the recording and you can watch it anytime. Of course if you have some follow-up questions after, feel free to ask.

This plan goes beyond the introductory class and deeper into enhancing your skills and understanding of the game. Here's a breakdown of what I will be offering: 1. Gameplay analysis - Watching your demo together and analyzing your mistakes, strengths and weaknesses , and areas that require improvement. This will serve as a roadmap for future training sessions. 2. Offline server practice - Here we will discuss identified issues and talk more about other similar scenarios that happened or can happen in your games. 3. Aim Improvement Training - Some would say this is the most important thing in your game and I cant deny that. The better you can click heads the less you need to worry about other factors. So I will help you with some exercises and techniques. 4.Communication and Teamwork - one of the most important aspects of counter strike is communication and it is key to winning a match even if you are playing with randoms. I will help you greatly improve this aspect of your game. 5. Progress Tracking - Throughout our journey I will monitor your progress and give monthly/weekly reports on what you have improved on and what parts of your game need more work. 6. Q&A - At the end of each session (and of course during the session) feel free to ask any questions that you might have.

Team Assessment - This is the first thing we will do, I will observe your gameplay in scrims or matches to get a basic understanding of the team (Each team has different dynamics, communication style, leadership structure, roles etc.) 2. Goal setting - We will discuss what are your basic goals as a team, to reach ESEA Main/Advanced, or to win specific tournaments. Setting clear objectives can help me guide our coaching sessions. 3. Map Pool Development - Often most teams are really good on some maps but not so good on others, but with my knowledge of the meta and current CSGO maps I can help you increase your map pool which is very important for BO3 matches. 4. VOD reviews - I will review your matches/scrims, identifying both strengths and weaknesses and I will analyze your decision making and communication. 5. Mental and Psychological Coaching - A very important aspect of a team is your psychological state when playing. Being nervous, having performance anxiety, anger issues (tilting) , or loss of motivation have an enormous impact on your game. 6. Progress Tracking and Evaluation - I will continuously monitor your improvement and give monthly/weekly reports on what you have improved on and what areas of your game need more work 7.
