Sessions Overview
Basic Team Vod Review
1 hourI watch a match replay or recorded VoD (with comms preferred), and I point out mistakes that the team makes as well as individual errors and communication errors/problems.
Talent Evaluation
1 hourI report to the organization (or Team Captain if orgless), and I provide a Talent Evaluation report, explaining which players are very good players and should be built around in the long-term, and what players are toxic or should not be on the team for a particular reason. If the team meshes well and there are no errors, I will simply report good things.
Team Mental Evaluation
1 hourI evaluate every player on your team mentally via a questionnaire, then I proceed to figure out what they need to improve mentally.
