We can chat about game related topics or we can use the session as an introduction to figure out what type of coaching you might need or want. Depending on the topic, I won´t go too in depth. If you ask about a very specific topic, I´ll just be answering what you ask and not necessarily make sure we have the same understanding of it. Feel free to bring friends along as well!

If you don´t really know what went wrong in a certain game or you have no idea what skill to work on next, this might be the session for you. We´ll watch 1-2 games of yours, the session will take however long it´ll take to watch the games. Please prepare a recording or make sure we can go into the replay of the games you wish to review. It´s quite possible, that your performance of just a single game is not necessarily repesentative of your skills, so make sure to select a game where you´re generally quite satisfied with your gameplay. I will try and find aspects of your game that might be lacking compared to your other skills and explain briefly what to work on. If your team wants to learn more about a specific topic or skill regarding the game, understand how it fundamentally works and how to improve in it, this is the session for you. Make sure to contact me before booking, so we can have a chat about what topic you want to learn about. We will talk for about 1.5h about any topic you are interested in learning or that I think might be helpful to you. I will explain how whatever concept you want works fundamentally, how to apply it in game and suggestions on how specifically to practice on it. If you really struggle to focus on your game and concentrate on the skill you want to practice, a Live Coaching is what you might need. You will play a game, I will watch and ask questions and comment on your gameplay to make your practice more efficient. We will play one game and have a little chat before and after, the session takes however long it takes us. I will give some simple advice on how to make your practice more efficient. Do you feel like you are just one step from promoting to the next division in your ERL or do you really want to win your next upcoming tournament? If your team is looking for short term results, this is the course for you. These sessions are meant to be taken over a 1-2 month period before and during your ERL season for example. Starting at least 2 weeks before the season starts is recommended. We will firstly evaluate the skills, strenghts and weaknesses of your players and team as a whole and, simply said, try to make the most of it. We will learn what exactly our strenghts are, how to play towards them and how they lead to victory. We will patch up your weaknesses as much as possibly, trying to not let our opponents exploit them. We will not try to improve the skills of your team, If you are more interested in that, please refer to the "Player Long Term Improvement Plan" or the "Team Long Term Improvement Plan". A session includes an entire practice session of your team. A meeting, scrims and a follow-up.
