I would personally recommended VOD Reviews first so that I can gauge the level of player you are and help you to understand the things you do right or wrong. you can also explain your reasoning behind doing the things you do in game and that way I can understand the type of player you are/wanna be. personally I think VOD reviews are very beneficial because you can take what you learned and use it against people that have been difficult for you in the past.
