Elite Muligan Decisions & Stacking Sequencing The hardest part of Mastering UP luffy is its mulligan especially against different matchups. Its not just as simple a ramp and slam 9 9 9 deck. 2. Meta Matchup Breakdown Master the meta matchups — and know what matters most at each turn cycle 3. Tournament-Level Prep Deck tech choices, adapting to new metas, and preparing like a CS / Regional finalist. Every Region is different, decklists may have to change accordingly to the relevant metas.
