In this training plan I will cover all the key areas needed in developing a detailed routine that will help the student maximise their growth as efficiently and quickly as possible.

Sessions Overview

Week 2: Creation of Execution/ TechSkill Routine

1 hour

In this lesson I will have an idea where the student is at with their movement and execution overall. Using this knowledge I will have a discussion with the student and together we will create a daily routine that will help the student have a focused training plan they can stick too and can benefit from.

Week 1: Introductory Analysis/Discussion

1 hour

In the first lesson I will firstly have a chat with the student and ask what they want to get out of this training plan. Secondly look over some of their gameplay so I can gauge what skill level they are currently at to have a base to work off of.

Week4: Punish Game Analysis

1 hour

This will be similar to the previous lesson in terms oh how it will be done except me and the student will purely be looking at the punish game element when analysing the games. This will help the student to get more out of each hit and each win in neutral will mean more because of it. I will teach the student how they should position for certain punishes and how to extend the hits they already confirm into gaining them more advantage overall

Week 3: Neutral Analysis

1 hour

In this lesson I will guide the student in how they should think about/ play neutral in different matchups. This will be done by analysing both the students matches and comparing it to professional matches to show them neutral solutions and good habits.
