I'm currently the IGL for WYLDE Academy, in just 3 weeks together we finished 12th in Central Combine competing with the top T2 teams in europe. I've been playing competitve siege for almost 3 years now and I've been an IGL for almost 2 years. Most of my experience has been on a support role but outside of the game I have experience Developing Players, Creating Strategies and doing Analysis.
