We'll dive into games, either in constructed or limited, and play together OR watch a previously recorded game. While playing, we'll discuss plays and make decisions together. I will be able to identify what can be improved in the way you are playing your cards, planning your turns, reading the game... In the post game debriefings, I'll be able to teach you the important pieces of game theory you'll need to know in order to get better. If you want to improve limited, we can draft or play sealed deck together. The timer / rope during games can be tricky for newer players in a coaching environment, but it will also improve your ability to focus.

In these sessions, I will be reviewing your previously recorded games and analyze your plays. You'll walk me through your train of thoughts and we'll discuss what you did well, and what could have been done differently. Improving can be hard when you don't catch your own mistakes. Having someone to point out what you did wrong is the perfect way to fill the gaps of your game.
