This is my custom plan that I made for and recommend to eager students with the means to take on multiple sessions, regardless of skill level and emphasising macro-fundamental understanding + proficiency. In this training plan, we'll build good mechanical habits, resolve pre-existing bad habits, address mindset, cover fundamentals specialized to the student, give methods to work on the said material, check up on how you're progressing further on while making adjustments as needed, and cover more material at each check point until you're fully equipped with the tools you need to improve efficiently as you pursue your goals.
Because each student's schedule is vastly different, each practice plan formed during the sessions will be tailored to the availability and goals of the student. This also means that things like aim training playlists and habits pertaining to them can/will be covered depending on the student.
