What does a session include? 1. Introduction of yourself 2. Opgg review 3. For best results, have a pre-recorded VOD from your POV, if not we can use a regular Replay. 4. We go over the VOD 5. Recap of the session 6. I upload the session and you can re-watch it as many times as you want Session Average Length 30-60 min!

Nobody has ever finished this plan without seeing major results. Nobody. We can do the sessions as you like, making this plan perfect for flexibility. We can do them in quick succession, bootcamp style. Or you can use the sessions with gaps in between. You can even use some sessions, take a break while waiting for a new season or other things, and then we resume coaching. Sessions does NOT expire.
