It's a training plan that covers a whole month of vod reviews, so lets say for example you have a local that is weekly, every week we would examine your replays and check if you are applying and getting better with the observations we do, progressively, checking up on you before and after your tournament plays, to get each week, each set, each game, closer to your goal!
