Often times as players we can hit roadblocks. These walls that we run into can prevent us from achieving or progressing towards our goals. Often times we feel like no matter how much we stride towards improvement we feel static. I believe a coach is Very Different from a Teacher, a Coaches job is to shatter a players understanding and help them to hone into their flaws and discover their strengths. This is to help to break the walls that prevent you from moving forward.
