Hello! I'm VroomVroomPow! You may have heard about me if you follow Pokemon Go PvP on Silph.gg - I won the Silph Arena World Championship for their S4 around half a year ago! I bring my excitement and passion about the game to help you reach your Pokemon Go PvP related goals through my coaching. So far, I've helped multiple players from India to hit legend in Go Battle League (GBL), and I've recently started offering paid 1:1 sessions to help everyone across the world. I've hit legend in GBL from S6 to S14, and I've constantly made the front page of the leaderboard. More about me: I'm an Indian player who has played Pokemon since his childhood. You'll mostly find me excited about the game and passionate about battling and competing. I have also lived in Europe for three years so I'm well versed with the culture and playerbase there. I was training to be a physicist but I decided to get into programming recently, which adds to the technical knowledge I've of the game. How will I help you? For a particular coaching session, I feel that it is important that the student and their coach have an understanding of what they're trying to learn and accomplish. At the beginning of a session, we will break down your goals into two components: 1) A tangible goal, for eg, going from Veteran to Expert rank, and 2) an intangible goal, for eg, a game mechanic like sac swapping or move timing, or learning how to play a certain Pokemon, for eg, Charizard. I believe that the two goals go hand-in-hand in order to not only improve your rank and ELO, but also keep it consistent so you can feel progress through one or multiple coaching sessions. A comprehensive training plan to reach legend, learn strong team building and meta prediction, and understand game mechanics - for a particular meta. The structure of the training plan is one of the following: i) 5 days worth of sets (1.5 hours each lesson) + additional discussion on mechanics/gameplay (30 minutes each lesson) ii) 4 days worth of sets (1.5 hours for 5 sets) + 30 minutes discussion + an additional lesson dedicated to mechanics and gameplay worth 2 hours. This additional lesson generally takes place in the second or third slot, once I am able to gauge the student's skill level and what they need to learn.
S6P3 - intensive

Assistance in S6P3 formats - Play! Pokemon, Silph tournaments, factions etc. Reminder - Silph Arena rules do not allow coaches to assist in ongoing tournaments. The way of coaching here would be stream recordings of tournaments that have already concluded, as well as discuss teambuilding and team selection based on either scrims or battles that have already taken place.

This is a long term plan for students who have already taken another training plan with me using which they can take sessions across both s6p3 and GBL. This encompasses everything, Silph and the upcoming Project Zygarde, external tournaments, GBL pushes, gameplay mechanics. Remember: I will never be assisting the player in a way that breaks any rules.
