In our 1-on-1 personalized session we will target individual development, addressing specific needs, weaknesses, and goals in order to cater your needs. A brief breakdown of what a typical session looks like: 1. Initial Assessment • Skill Evaluation: I will assess your current skill level by watching gameplay, reviewing replays, or having you play a few games during the session. This will help me identify strengths and areas for improvement. • Goal Setting: Later on we will discuss what your goals are, whether it's improving mechanical skills (e.g., aerials, dribbles), game sense (e.g., rotations, positioning), or mental aspects (e.g., composure, consistency). 2. Targeted Training • Mechanics Focus • Game Sense and Positioning • Mindset and Focus 3. Gameplay Review • Replay Breakdown: I will review replays of your recent matches, highlighting specific moments where you made mistakes or could have made better decisions. By the end of it I will give constructive feedback and suggest alternatives or better strategies. • Analysis of Key Moments: Key plays are dissected, such as when to challenge an opponent, when to shoot, and when to pass. I will pause and explain why a particular decision might have been suboptimal and how to approach it differently. 4. Customized Drills or Training Plans • Training Packs: I will direct you to custom training packs designed to target specific mechanics or decision-making situations. • Practice Routine: I will make a routine that you can follow to maximize your practice and improve faster.
