As you could have read from the summary, I'm X4. I'm your average British bloke, yet, I do think, and have been told, I am pretty good at coaching. After coaching in both Rocket League and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for approximately 5+ years, I have decided to come here, to Metafy, to prove my meddle as a coach and deliver high-quality sessions and have a laugh with students. I am also an official coach for Solar Esports! What makes me different? Well, I focus on this concept called 'efficient development'. I believe the best way to satisfy the hunger of the player is to have them develop quickly because, naturally, you want to git gud as fast as possible, no? The efficient development baseline for my coaching involves proactive and frequent feedback from coach and student, as well as transparency to allow me to make the best plan for you. I have made numerous, uniquely-tailored plans to aid students in neutral, advantage, disadvantage, recovery, punish game and more! My methods have been proven to be effective on every student I have actively coached and, even myself! What characters can I coach? Frankly, I can coach any character to a high-degree, as I am very knowledgeable on the base states of the game, and the theory involved will be sure to bring your knowledge up numerous notches, which will, in turn, bolster your improvement. Yet, if I had to pick 10 characters I am best at coaching, I would say: - Pokemon Trainer - Zero Suit Samus - Captain Falcon - Diddy Kong - Wolf - Roy - Joker - Wario - ROB - Sephiroth My coaching approach I am a coach who has found, via personal and others' experiences, a very strong balance between practicality and theory in my coaching. I, like many of you reading this, do not have 10 hours per day to spare per day, in fact, I have about 10 hours per week! Yet, my development is a constant snowball uphill, which can be testified by my peers. Nevertheless, I know how to teach any student to, firstly, become self sufficient in their smash journey, as well as efficient, so they can develop quickly and well. Now, this is not a get good quick scheme, that is an impossibility. Yet, this will be sure to make you better from the second you step outside the session. Whether it is from the way you play the game, or look at it. You WILL be a better player.
