This is the ideal session for coaches in multiple leagues with multiple games per week. As your games come and go, we make sure you have a solid team and gameplan before each one.

Do you struggle with any part of the drafting process? Do you feel like your teams never gel together and you need to make trades more than you want? INCLUDES: A walkthrough of the entire drafting process. I will help you pick potential starting pokemon based on your pick order, your second and third picks to guarantee strong cores and good directions for your team, finding middle picks to round out necessary team roles and archetypes, and finishing with low tier value picks to fill niches and cover weaknesses. This will include messaging as often as I’m able to confer picks and analyze the tier list for paths forward with your team.

No idea how you lost that pivotal game? Feeling discouraged and don’t know how to move forward? INCLUDES: Voice call over watching and analyzing a replay OR a recording of me analyzing a replay. We’ve all had discouraging losses where we’ve been haxed, misplayed, or don’t even know what went wrong. I believe we improve most when we study the film of our losses and know for next time what we can do better. After these sessions, you will be in a better spot to battle going into your next match.

Do you want an in-depth walkthrough on how to play a matchup? INCLUDES: Between 30 and 60 minutes in a voice call going through a matchup and building a team. We will start from any ideas you have or from scratch, and build a strong team for even the most difficult of matchups. This is great for players who struggle to start with a build or know how to go about the process. I will be explaining all my thought processes so you know what to look for in the future.

Is there just one or two things about your game that you need to work on? INCLUDES: A whole session spent on anything you want: starting a draft, not getting sniped, selecting six pokemon to bring, optimizing EVs, picking moves, making trades, selecting a lead, playing a wincon, and even not losing to hax!

Are you struggling with just one tough opponent? Want some coaching for nothing more than your Starbucks coffee for the day? INCLUDES: A rough outline of a team based on the matchup you provide with some general notes for the battle. I will go through the matchup and send you a couple PokePastes of sets with notes on how you should go about playing the game. I will not build the full team; there may be gaps in EVs, moves, and items depending on your personal preferences; however, these will be explained in the notes. Messaging back and forth is included as necessary in this session.

No matter your experience with Pokemon or the Draft League format, these sessions will accelerate you on your way to becoming a formidable draft coach! Starting with a breakdown of drafting, building, and battling customizable to your knowledge level, this training plan will complete a beginner's knowledge of the format and give you all the tips and tricks to win any game.
