About me
I made my osu! account in 2012, but didn't start seriously playing in 2016, during that time I was able to get to high 4 digit with only 25,000~ playcount which is considerably quick. I then reached 3 digit in 2019, and as of today, hovering at around rank 160. I started playing in OWC for the Phil...
Why you as my coach?
I helped a few friends out before I started coaching, eventually I figured I wanted to try and help people that I didn't know so I could listen to their stories and why they want to improve, then and there I grew to love seeing people get better at the game. I've gotten a few people where I would check their profile after a month or two has passed since the coaching session and they would be inactive, so as with anything improvement related this is not a "suddenly get better" thing, it is entirely up to you if you have the motivation, dedication, or maybe even addiction for the game, I'm just here to tell you what you could be doing wrong and how to improve on it.
How long have you been playing exactly?
I've made my account since 2012, but I didn't start playing regularly until 2014. I started playing seriously in 2016, more and more until I reached 3 digit in June 2019 and I still plan to continue my path of becoming better. As of January 2022, I stopped participating in tournaments seriously (except for OWC) and have newfound enjoyment in seeing myself improve in various skillsets.
What is your playstyle? Will you be able to help me even if you have a different one?
I am a Mouse+Keyboard main, my eDPI might change here and there but as of this FAQ being written it is at 700. I have had a tablet since 2015, and have done quite a few plays with it as well (not before overwriting them with mouse) so I'm fairly confident that I can help you with any related issues.
How many maps do you usually ask us to play?
Usually around 2 to 5 of any maps that you have regardless of what skillset it tests and then a lot of heavy conversation ensues because I like to share personal experiences and how I dealt with them and also ask you what you would've done or how you handled the issue.
Can I ask you general questions about my problems?
Absolutely, if you think these questions are answerable in text within a few minutes and you just handle experimenting by yourself, please go ahead and ask away. Contact me on Discord: zonelouise#1897
