Sessions Overview
1. Finding the right Mindset
1 hourI will go over the importance of mental in Rocket League and some great exercises/tips to create a better mental in Rocket League. We will instantly start using these while you play the game for me.
2. Fundamentals and Routine
1 hourin the 2nd week we will go more in detail about your mechanics and overall knowledge about fundamentals. I'll create a VERY DETAILED training routine specifically made for your weaknesses.
3. Comparison + What to work on now
1 hourThis week is mainly for checking in with you. how your mental and mechanics have improved over the last 2 weeks and what more to focus on.
4. GC fundamentals breakdown
1 hourIn this session i'll be going over EVERY mechanic you will need to learn to be able to hit GC. We will expand on your training routine while also removing things you've improved at during the program.
5. Replay Reviews
1 hourI will tell you to save me a replay of every week up until this point so that we can look at EVERY replay. This will tell us what we still have to improve in and where you have grown significantly.
6. Comparison + What to work on now
1 hourThis week again, is mainly for checking in with you. how your mental, mechanics and overall gameplay have improved over the last 5 weeks and what more to focus on.
7. Play with Coach
1 hourWe will play some games together to get a feel for how it's like to play with a GC and how to adapt to different kinds of playstyles that you might face during your journey.
8. FREE choice
1 hourThe last session will be a type of coaching of YOUR choice. This can range from a simple mechanic session, Replay reviews, Screensharing for me or playing with me.
