For almost 10 years I ran a program dedicated to teaching players not only how to get better, but how to effectively train in both application and strengthening their mentality. This program ran for 7 days a week. If you booked 1 hour with me for 7 days that would be a lot more expensive than what this cohesive training program has to offer. I am reintroducing the program here through Metafy for singular focused training in the most important areas for a competitor to grow in. This will also be done with each lesson being one day per week unless we decide to continue going throughout the same day.
