What do I need for a session?
If you're having a live session I'd recommend bringing a VOD of your gameplay uploaded to YouTube. You can easily record your gameplay with OBS or an app like OutPlayed. We can do live gameplay coaching if you prefer but in my experience, it's not as effective.
Should I get a live session or just a replay review?
In live sessions, you can ask more questions and I can go a bit more in-depth about the topics I'm talking about. However, replay reviews are a really good place to start if you're not sure exactly what you have to work on or you just aren't sure if you are really interested in coaching.
What happens if we go overtime?
That's ok, I normally just go for as long as it takes to finish reviewing what we're talking about and I'm not super worried about the time.

What roles/champions can you coach?
I can coach any and all roles to a Challenger level. However, if you're looking to go for high Challenger or become a pro player I specialize in Mid Lane.
