The structure of these sessions may vary depending on your goals but, generally speaking, we will follow these steps: 1. Identify the issue or issues that are currently hindering your performance. 2. Understand the behavior (actions, thoughts and emotions) and identify the environmental factors that could be causing these problems. 3. Define the actions required to adopt a different behaviour that will improve both your mindset and your performance. Note: Prerecorded material can be very helpful to do this kind of work because it provides an objective perspective on what happened in a particular situation. So, if you have any clips/VODs/replays/voice-comms, feel free to bring them to our session.
